This food allergen-specific ELISA kit is intended for in vitro quantitative analysis of IgE antibodies to 14 unique food additive allergens in human serum.  This test offers a rapid turnaround and a 4-point calibration curve, and requires only 25 ul of patient serum to simultaneously test for all 14 food additive allergens.
